A reputed company is looking for the below positions for the latest project.
Position - EHS Head- Manager Level
Qualification required - Safety Engineering or Diploma with the Experience in working.
Experience needed - Person must have min of 10 to 15 years of experience
Project - Telecom Infrastructure
Location - Chennai

Job responsibilities-
1) Deliver Training Programmes in Circle (Internal and External) & follow up for the cascading of the same down the line. "
a. Conduct Training Programmes for the Circle teams on various ESH Modules.
b. Conduct Audits/Reviews to ensure the effective implementation.
c. Work closely with partners to drive safety practices"
2) Conduct Incident Investigations to find out Root causes and suggest Suitable Counter Measure to avoid the Reoccurrence of Incidents.
a. Conduct Incident Site Visits, Interviews of the relative Persons/ analyze the evidences to find out the Root Cause of the Incident.
b. Prepare Incident Reports providing root causes and other factors related to the Incident. Find Out gaps in the existing systems.
c. Suggest Counter measures on the basis of Incident Analysis to avoid the reoccurrence.
d. Develop Incident Alerts on Learning from Incidents & Communicate to all employees to create awareness.
3) Drive ESH Culture in the Organization through Awareness Programs. "
a. Communicate Safety Alerts on various topics related to Industry and day to day life to create awareness and drive ESH culture.
b. Drive Good practices at the circle
c. Develop Employee knowledge on ESH Systems, Procedures, Guidelines through trainings
d. Conduct ESH events time to time in the circle"
4) Conduct Circle ESH Reviews (including Partners) "
a. Manage ESH Action Compliance (Visit Circle/ Partners/Vendor Office, Visit Cell Sites, Conduct Employee/Partners Interviews).
b. Prepare Status Report identifying the Actions Compliance, Good Practices, Gaps in Implementation, scope of improvement.
c. Circulate the Report to Corporate Management, Circle Management, ESH Head. "
5) ESH Governance
a. Conduct monthly ESH committee meeting and maintain its record for action compliance .
b. Attend customer meetings and Vendor governance meetings.
c. Monitor and maintain circle ESH performance
